Endless Diamond® Jewelry Warranty is a lifetime warranty on all your Endless Diamond jewelry purchased from one of our authorized retailers. This lifetime warranty covers all diamond loss resulting from defects in original workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.
Periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against any potential problems. Endless Diamond Authorized Retailers gladly provide free inspections of all Endless Diamond products. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. This includes paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage or abuse.
To have your Endless Diamond jewelry cleaned and inspected you can take your Endless Diamond product to an authorized jeweler or you can send your item to Fantasy Diamond® (for a nominal fee and shipping charges). If you plan to send your Endless Diamond product into Fantasy Diamond, you must obtain an RA# from Fantasy Diamond's Customer Service Team. Contact us at service@fantasydiamond.com.

To ensure that your item will be properly received, please call 800-621-4445 to with a customer service professional to obtain a warranty repair number. This number must be written on the outside of box for proper handling once received at Fantasy Diamond. If the warranty repair number is not listed on the outside of the box, the box will be rejected.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Endless Diamond® Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover the following items:
1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged or worn out prongs, Fantasy Diamond Corporation is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. The jewelry was neglected and abused and therefore the warranty becomes void.)
2. If a non-authorized jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from an authorized Endless Diamond retailer, Fantasy Diamond will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the lifetime warranty becomes null and void.
